Have fun under the instruction of Master Charcuterier & Owner of 73 Charcuterie Co., Erika Lebo, who will teach you her “A-B-C-D-E of Charcuterie”. You will be amazed at the beautiful board you will create and get to bring home!
Everything needed will be supplied including a keepsake 73 Charcuterie Display Board, meats, cheeses, fruit, crackers and chocolates.
Meet the Maker:
In January of 2022, Erika Lebo launched 73 Charcuterie Co., a charcuterie catering service based in Berks County, PA. In less than a year, she has sold over 500 boards, 50 grazing tables and taught hundreds her technique of creating charcuterie. She has been featured on Channel 69 news, BCTV, Berks County Living Magazine and has most recently been nominated as Top Caterer in Reading, PA. While she enjoys creating boards for events, her passion is teaching others so that they are able to take pride in their artistic creations.
