Make your own Planter Class

In this workshop, you will learn how to use the slab technique to create your own planter from earthenware clay. Your planter will have drainage holes and a saucer, making it perfect to use for small spring plants, herbs or succulents. Earthenware clay is a beautiful red color on its own but select underglazes will be available to use to add other colors to your piece. You will also enhance the appearance by learning how to add texture to your piece by using stamps and rollers.

Clay can get a little messy so dress appropriately or bring an apron. Materials and firing services will be provided. No experience necessary. Planters will be available to pick up 4 weeks after the workshop – just in time for Mother’s Day!
